Terms

Last updated [date]

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern the Karios application. That is supplied under a separate written agreement, and nothing on this website varies it.

Who operates this site

This website is operated by [legal entity name], [registered address], company number [registration number].

The content here is informational

Product descriptions on this site explain how Karios is designed to behave. They are not a specification, a warranty, or a commitment to any particular result in your plant. Anything contractual will be in the agreement you sign, not on this page.

The downtime calculator

The calculator multiplies figures you supply. It produces an arithmetic result from your own inputs. Where labelled as such, it also shows an estimate derived from a published third-party cost framework and from a reduction percentage you choose yourself. It is a thinking tool. It is not financial advice, not a forecast, and not a promise of savings. Do not put its output in a capital request without your own finance team checking the inputs.

Submitting the form

When you request a demo, tell us the truth and use an address you are entitled to use. We may decline any request. How we handle what you send is described in the privacy page.

Intellectual property

The Karios name, the mark, the wordmark and the content of this site belong to [legal entity name]. You may quote and link to this site; do not reproduce it wholesale or present it as your own.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it or reliance on it, including any decision taken on the basis of the calculator. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [jurisdiction], and the courts of [jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
